Carl Hendrickson

Carl was born on October 25, 1893. Carl devoted his whole life to the teaching profession with a short time
off during WWI - when he served in the United States Marine Corps.

He took his Normal training in Camrose, taught at Ellswick School in 1915 and at several other Alberta schools.
He furthered his education at universities in Minnesota, California and elsewhere. He taught in Los Angeles Schools
for many years and took several world tours.

Carl and his wife Florence Hickshad one daughter Eloise. Carl later married Edith Mahoney and they retired in
Laguna Hills, California. Carl passed away on October 11, 1984 and is buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale,
California.
