Kari (Carrie) Hendrickson Scotvold

Carrie was born in the USA in 1887 and came to Canada with her parents in 1901. She also attended
Bethania College in Everett, Washington. In Camrose, she worked in the home of Dr. G.G. Stewart.
In 1907, she married Enoch Scotvold of Camrose, an assistant to Albert Sanders, a Druggist.

Later Scotvold and A. Alackson formed "The Scandinavian Land Co." The Scotvold family moved
to Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1922 where Enoch became a travelling Evangelist for the Lutheran Church.
He spent his life at this work. Four children were born to them: Evangeline - who died in infancy,
Everald, the only boy was born in 1909, Margrete in 1912 and Katherine in 1915.

Enoch died on May 19, 1961. Carrie died on August 10, 1954 and both are buried at the Forest Lawn
Memorial Park in Los Angeles.
