Obituary:
Her mother is Marit Andreasdatter, her father is Knut N. Fodnes Lyseng
Their five children were all born in Norway. 
They are:
  Nils K. Lyseng (15 March 1873 - 24 November 1926)
Andrew K. Lyseng (1875-12 January, 1932)
Gjertrude (Peterson) 31 January
1879 - 13 January 1929
Engebret K. Lyseng (1881-22 March 1942)
Carrie (Chell) 5 May 1887 - 8 January 1958
  
  Marriage license:
  Alfred William Chell, age 28 and Carrie Lyseng, age 24
  married 12th day of September, 1911 by D. J. Prindiville
  
  Carrie Chell passed away January 8, 1958 at the Community hospital in Sisseton
at the age of 70 years.
  
  She was born in Norway and migrated to America with her family when she was 
  6 years old. They settled in One Road township where she was resided, with the 
  exception of a year when she homesteaded a claim in Perkins county, until 1953 
  when she moved to Sisseton where she made her home until she died.
  
  On September 12, 1911 she was united in marriage to Alfred Chell. To this union 
  three children were born.
  
  She is survived by her husband, two daughters: Esther and Lila (Mrs Melvin Moen) 
  of Ortley, and one son Ernest of Sisseton and three grandchildren.
  
  Funeral services were held on January 11 at the Bethel Lutheran church with Rev, 
  Jacob Askeland officiating. Music was furnished by Mrs. Wallace Gerber, Mrs Ronald
Hills and Thorlief Hovland.
  
  Pallbearers were Thorlief and Herman Hovland, Martin Nelson, Lester Johnson, 
  Martin Mallery and Gotfried Moen.

  Carrie (Kari) Lyseng Chell was born on 5 May 1887 at Skrautval, Norway. 
  She was the daughter of Knut Nilson (Fodnes) Lyseng and Marit Lyseng Tiev. 
  Carrie (Kari) Lyseng Chell married Alfred William Chell on 12 September 1911 
  at Sisseton, Roberts, South Dakota, USA. 
Carrie (Kari) Lyseng Chell and Alfred homesteaded a farm near Faith, South Dakota. 
  Kari 
  and Alfred had three children: Esther Chell, Ernest Clifford Chell and Lila Marie 
  Chell.
  
  Carrie (Kari) Chell Lyseng died in 1958 at Sisseton, Roberts, South Dakota, USA.
