Knut was born in 1764. Knut died in 1813. In 1791, he married Jartrud Haldorsdotter. Jartrud was born in 1760 and died in 1832. They had five children. Knut's daughter, Anne (1802-1811), fell to her death from a fall off of a mountian. Embrik took over the farm next. Embrik or Engebret emigrated to Minnesota and died there in 1871.
